Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Mathura. The Front Office Executive will handle receptionist duties, provide customer service, and manage front office operations. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering and redirecting phone calls, and maintaining an organized front desk area. Qualifications Receptionist Duties and Front Office skills Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience Excellent Communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
