You’ll work closely with Cori (our Head of Growth) and a fractional Head of Growth to test creative, optimize funnels, and scale spend across Meta, Google, and other paid channels. You’ll manage eight-figure budgets, run structured experiments, and turn insights into scalable results — all while keeping CAC tight and ROAS healthy.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes DTC performance. You’ve been in the trenches managing high-spend Shopify accounts, understand the nuances of creative fatigue and attribution, and see media buying as a craft. You want to grow beyond campaign execution — learning full-funnel growth strategy directly from elite operators while owning day-to-day results and becoming a key driver of Autobrush’s next stage of scale.
