We are now expanding our Software Development & DSA programs and looking for an exceptional instructor from an IIT/NIT/IIIT background to lead our on-site training in Indore.

⭐ Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled DSA Instructor who can teach Data Structures & Algorithms with clarity, depth, and practical problem-solving techniques. The ideal candidate is passionate about coding, mentorship, and helping students crack top product-company interviews.

📝 Responsibilities

Conduct on-site DSA classes for students (10 AM – 5 PM)

Teach core concepts: arrays, linked lists, recursion, DP, trees, graphs, hashing, bit manipulation, etc.

Lead daily problem-solving sessions (LeetCode, CodeStudio, GFG)

Prepare students for technical interviews (product companies & top startups)

Create assignments, mock tests, coding challenges & learning resources

Track student performance and provide feedback

Collaborate with the content and tech teams for curriculum improvement

Mentor students in writing optimized, clean, and structured code

🎯 Required Qualifications

Graduate/Alumnus from IIT / NIT / IIIT (strong preference)

Deep knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms

Proficiency in either C++ / Java / Python

Strong foundation in complexity analysis and problem-solving

Excellent teaching, communication & mentoring skills

Competitive programming experience preferred (CF, CC, LC)

⭐ Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

High ratings on LeetCode / CodeChef / Codeforces

Experience teaching or mentoring students

Work experience in product-based companies

Exposure to system design basics
