Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panipat for a DSA Advance Trainer at CertED Technologies. The trainer will deliver advanced training sessions on Data Structures and Algorithms, create and refine course content, and support learners through their upskilling journey. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, preparing educational materials, evaluating participants' progress, and ensuring curriculum aligns with industry standards. The trainer will collaborate with other experts to continuously improve training quality, making a significant impact on the skill development of participants.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms and advanced problem-solving techniques
• Expertise in teaching and training, with strong instructional design and public speaking skills
• Experience with programming languages and related tools like C++, Java, or Python
• Familiarity with curriculum development and creating effective teaching materials
• Strong analytical and research skills to stay updated with industry trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities
• Proven experience in corporate or technical training is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
