Role: Drone Development Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on engineer with strong fundamentals in drone design, testing, and integration. You’ll be working on challenging projects that involve cutting-edge UAV platforms, advanced electronics, and high-performance flight systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design, assemble, and test drones (multirotor, fixed-wing, or hybrid)

• Work with flight controllers (Pixhawk, STM32, PX4/Ardupilot, etc.)

• Integrate propulsion systems, sensors, and communication modules

• Conduct field trials, troubleshoot, and optimize drone performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electronics, AI, software)

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 2 years of proven experience in drone design, assembly, or R&D

✅ Strong knowledge of aerodynamics, propulsion, and composite materials

✅ Practical experience with ESCs, RC systems, telemetry, and batteries

✅ Ability to handle field repairs and performance optimization

✅ Bonus: Experience in autonomy, computer vision, or RF systems
