Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls from customers to collect loan payments.
Process customer queries related to loan accounts and resolve issues promptly.
Identify potential delinquent cases and escalate them to senior team members for further action.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for call volume, resolution rate, and quality metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in banking collection, loan collection, payment collection, or tele collection ( Dra certified compulsory).
Strong understanding of collections process knowledge is essential.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
