Looking for DRA Certified candidates with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience. Contact individuals and businesses with overdue accounts to collect payments. Make a high volume of calls to customers. Discuss payment options, negotiate settlements, and establish realistic repayment plans. Regularly follow up with debtors who have missed payments or have outstanding balances. Ability to negotiate payment plans and secure commitments from debtors.
Payment Collection: Vist clients' locations to collect overdue payments, recovering outstanding balances on behalf of the company. Negotiation & Customer Relations: Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and installment options with customers to ensure timely collection while maintaining positive relationships. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities, transactions, and client interactions. Reporting: Provide regular, timely, and accurate reports to management on collection progress, issues, and targets achieved. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and disputes that arise during the collection process. Compliance: Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and internal company guidelines and procedures, including credit policies and data privacy standards. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed collection targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the overall success of the collections department.
