We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Project Engineer to join our team at TERii Kurukshetra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide technical support to team members.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and optimize resource allocation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
