Hiring: .NET + ReactJS + Azure Developer | 7–8 Years Experience

Role Overview:

.NET + ReactJS + Azure Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using
.NET Framework
,
ASP.NET Core
,
ReactJS
, and
SQL Server
.
Build and integrate
frontend and backend solutions
, contributing across all phases of the
software development lifecycle
.
Deploy, configure, and manage applications on
Azure cloud services
for scalability and performance optimization.
Apply
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
principles and advanced debugging techniques to enhance and optimize code.
Participate in solution lifecycle stages including
design, integration, testing, and production support
.
Manage and maintain
source control
using Git (branching, merging, tagging) and ensure clean version management.
Collaborate closely with
Business Analysts and Product Owners
to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver business-aligned outcomes.
Implement
Test-Driven Development (TDD)
practices to ensure code quality, test coverage, and maintainability.
Participate in
Agile/Scrum (SAFe)
ceremonies — sprints, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

7–8 years
of professional experience in
C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET Core
development.
2+ years
of hands-on experience with
Azure Cloud Services
(App Services, Storage, Functions, Key Vault, etc.).
2+ years
of experience developing modern UI using
ReactJS
(Hooks, Context API, Redux).
Strong working knowledge of
SQL Server
and
Entity Framework
for database operations.
Experience building and consuming
Web APIs, RESTful services, and Razor pages
.
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
using
Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
.
Excellent understanding of
SDLC
,
secure coding standards
, and
deployment best practices
.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Domain knowledge in
Healthcare
or
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
.
Experience with
containerization
(Docker, Kubernetes) or
microservices architecture
.
Hands-on with
third-party API integrations
or
legacy system modernization
.
Exposure to
DevOps automation
and
monitoring tools
