Senior .NET Developer

Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in .NET application development and support

Technical Skills

Mandatory

• Strong experience with .NET Core Framework
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and MVC
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and jQuery
• Strong understanding and implementation of AJAX
• Good experience with SQL, including Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Batches

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Good understanding of LINQ
• Experience with Angular (6.0 and above)
• Knowledge of Oracle, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON
• Experience with WCF, SOAP, and RESTful services
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework
• Strong exposure to architecture design, security practices, and coding standards
• Experience in designing and deploying applications on Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

Role & Responsibilities

Development Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and managing technology-based business solutions
• Code, test, and implement configuration changes
• Assist in designing software applications to meet functional and technical requirements
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices

L2 / L3 Support Responsibilities

• Provide L2 and L3 application support for production and pre-production environments
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues, performance problems, and production incidents
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
• Handle incident, problem, and change requests within defined SLAs
• Support deployment activities, configuration changes, and hotfix releases
• Work closely with business users, QA, DevOps, and development teams for issue resolution
• Debug application code and databases to identify defects and implement fixes or enhancements
• Perform impact analysis for production issues and proposed changes
• Ensure system stability, performance, and availability
• Maintain technical documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge base articles
• Participate in on-call / weekend support rotations as required
