Job Description

Job Title:

Domestic Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for domestic roles.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.), social media platforms (LinkedIn), and internal databases.
Conduct preliminary HR screening and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and finalize offers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 - 6 years of proven experience in domestic recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening tools.
Hands-on experience with job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
