Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

✅ Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience

✅ Source top talent via job boards, social media, networking, and industry events

✅ Stay informed on tech hiring trends and best practices

✅ Advise clients on candidate availability, salary trends, and market dynamics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing services
• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across multiple tech roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and thrives in a high-growth environment
