Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated BPO Sales Trainer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Training Programs

    : Design and structure engaging sales training materials, modules, role-plays, manuals, and digital resources, aligned with business goals.
  • Deliver Effective Training

    : Conduct onboarding, new hire, refresher, soft skills, and sales process training sessions. Facilitate interactive workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Performance Analysis

    : Monitor sales team performance post-training, analyze gaps using data-driven insights, and recommend tailored improvement plans.
  • Skill Enhancement & Coaching

    : Focus on strengthening communication, product knowledge, lead conversion skills, and objection handling techniques.
  • On-Floor Support

    : Work closely with the team on the floor, offering real-time coaching and feedback.
  • Ensure Process Adherence

    : Train employees to follow the company’s structured sales processes, scripts, and compliance standards.
  • Training Evaluation

    : Continuously assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and update content to ensure relevance and impact.
  • Knowledge Base Management

    : Create and maintain up-to-date training documentation, FAQs, and job aids for consistent knowledge delivery.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum

    3-5 years of experience

    in sales training, preferably in a BPO or outbound sales environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach sales teams to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Certification in Training, Sales, or Soft Skills will be an added advantage.

    Deep understanding of sales fundamentals, conversion techniques, and objection-handling strategies.

    Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication, including the ability to simplify complex ideas.

  • Analytical Thinking:

    Skilled in interpreting performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Interpersonal Intelligence:

    Can foster trust and openness in trainees while giving constructive, actionable feedback.
  • Adaptability:

    Able to customize training methods based on individual learning styles, seniority, and performance level.
  • Coaching Orientation:

    Passion for mentoring and motivating others, with the patience to guide both fast and slow learners.
  • Professional Maturity:

    Maintains poise, empathy, and neutrality while handling performance concerns or difficult trainees.
