Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Documentation Executive. The Documentation Executive will be responsible for managing and organizing export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating with internal teams, and handling communication related to document management. The role involves preparing, maintaining, and filing necessary export documentation accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation, review, and maintenance of scientific and technical documentation.
• Support in analytical data compilation, method validation records, and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordination with analytical and R&D teams for timely documentation support.

Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of organic/analytical chemistry concepts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
