 Him Village ePrahari Foundation works on environmental conservation, zero-waste initiatives, education, and community development in Uttarakhand. We specialize in door-to-door waste collection, composting systems, awareness campaigns, and school engagement. Our flagship Zero Waste Village Model in Ganga Bhogpur Malla has impacted 65+ families and diverted 5,000+ kg of waste. Backed by a network of 100+ volunteers, we combine grassroots action with proven models, making us a trusted partner.Role Description:
We are looking for detail-oriented documentation and reporting interns to join us at Him Village ePrahari. As an intern, you will gain valuable experience in documentation and crafting event reports; while contributing to our growing initiative of environmental sustainability, rural upliftment and waste management. This is a hybrid role for a duration of 3 months, and is extendable based on performance and mutual interest.Responsibilities:
📍Maintain and manage event records and attendance logs.📍Create, organize and update project documentation📍Draft and format professional reports of field activities, summarizing project progress📍Collect and organize data from various sources to support project reports.📍Proofread and edit reports for submission📍Handle visual documentation of field projects and activities 📍Collaborate with various team members and departments (e.g., operations coordinator, HR lead etc) to gather information for documentationRequirements
:📌Proven track record of working in documentation/report writing roles📌Experience of atleast 6 months in a similar role📌Knowledge of relevant tools such as Google workspace, Notion etc📌Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills📌Eagerness to contribute in a fast-paced environment📌Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.📌Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)What's in it for you:
