Documentation And Compliance Executive

We are seeking a candidate for documentation and complicance as per ISO Standards. Applicant should have experience working in Manufacturing Industry. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain documentation for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and SA8000 (Social Accountability). Develop SOPs, quality manuals, process flow charts, and compliance reports. Maintain and update documentation for Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance departments. Coordinate with internal departments to collect data and ensure compliance with system requirements. Prepare records for internal and external audits; support audit readiness. Track non-conformances and corrective actions; follow-up on closure. Ensure systematic filing and digital storage of all documents. Conduct internal trainings and awareness sessions related to management systems, if needed. Key Requirements: Education: B.Tech (Preferred) or B.Sc (Minimum) Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in ISO & documentation handling Gender Preference: Female System Knowledge: Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA8000 standards Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good communication and coordination abilities Ability to work independently and handle multiple documentation tasks.
