Job Description

Executive – Documentation & Client Coordination

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain import/export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, and other stakeholders for timely processing of documents.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Prepare reports, track shipments, and update clients on order status.
  • Support the operations and sales team with day-to-day client servicing needs.

Key Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of import/export process (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
