Executive – Documentation & Client Coordination Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain import/export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, and other stakeholders for timely processing of documents. Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. Prepare reports, track shipments, and update clients on order status. Support the operations and sales team with day-to-day client servicing needs. Key Requirements Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of import/export process (preferred but not mandatory).
