Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation, revision, and approval of all project-related documents, including technical design drawings, calculations, reports, and specifications for renewable projects.
• Maintain a structured filing system, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval and archiving of documents.
• Maintain an effective document control system to track all changes and updates to engineering drawings, designs, and other project documents.
• Ensure that the correct versions of documents are distributed to stakeholders and contractors, and manage document approval workflows.
• Work closely with engineering teams (solar designers, electrical engineers, civil engineers) to ensure that design documents meet project specifications and comply with relevant codes and standards.
• Ensure that all documents meet local, national, and international standards, such as IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission), ISO, and any other relevant codes for solar power systems.
• Manage the collection, storage, and distribution of all permit applications, environmental assessments, and other regulatory documents required for solar projects.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation in response to audit requests.
• Prepare periodic reports on the status of document management, including document revisions, approvals, and pending tasks.
• Maintain a record of all incoming and outgoing correspondence related to project documents (emails, letters, and memos).
