Engineering Quality AssuranceAbout DoctusTech is a HealthTech SaaS company building cloud-based solutions for the US healthcare ecosystem. We are hiring a Lead QA to drive our testing strategy, automation frameworks, and healthcare product quality standards.

Role Overview

The Lead QA will be responsible for designing and implementing QA frameworks, leading automation, ensuring compliance with US healthcare standards, and mentoring the QA team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead QA strategy and execution for web and mobile apps (Android & iOS).
  • Build robust automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Maven).
  • Perform functional, non-functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Implement API automation (Postman, RestAssured) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, risk management, and QA documentation.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and instill QA best practices.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years in QA with 5+ years in automation.
  • Strong Java programming skills.
  • Hands-on in Selenium, Appium, API automation, CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with SaaS/cloud-based applications.
  • QA methodologies, testing life cycle, release management.
  • Tools: JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Healthcare Expertise (Must-Have)

  • Deep knowledge of US healthcare applications, EHR/EMR, claims, or patient engagement.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, and compliance testing.

Nice-to-Have

  • SQL and backend validation.
  • Linux (basic commands, SSH, logs).
  • Performance and security testing.
  • Microservices knowledge.
