Job Description

Strategically develop and manage carrier relations for ocean services in conjunction with global and local guidelines and needs.
Negotiate and manage the trades, providing market information and rates negotiation, as well as coaching sales and operations regarding the ocean products particularity in each trade.
Ensure timely response to all inquiries.
Duties will involve all trades (import and export)
Support the commercial teams by visiting key customers and supporting sales team in coming up with a solution
Organize regular business reviews with Carriers.
Coordinate shipment planning and vessel bookings with internal teams.
