DM/Manager - Business Development - System Sales
Location:Gunnebo HO, Thane
SalesRegion: PAN India
Department:Sales / Business Development
Reports To: Sr.Manager - Business Development
Job Summary:
The AM/ DM - BusinessDevelopment - System Sales is responsible for driving sales growth of the Minimaxfire division s system solutions, including [Kitchen Fire Suppression System,CO2 IHP, CAFS Watermist etc.]. This role involves identifying new businessopportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering system-basedsolutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & BusinessDevelopment
  • Developand execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for system-basedsolutions.
  • Identifynew business opportunities across industries.
  • Generateleads through market research, networking, and existing customer relationships.
  • Prepareand deliver presentations, technical proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet orexceed sales goals.
    2. Client RelationshipManagement
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable system solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through post-sales follow-up and support coordination.
4. Coordination & Reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and service) to ensure smooth System supply and execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and customer records in reporting tools.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, market conditions, and customer requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in system sales / solution selling / B2B technical sales.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in sectors like automation, building management systems (BMS), electrical systems, industrial controls, or IT infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel as required
Key Performance Indicators(KPIs):
  • Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Number of new accounts acquired and retained.
  • Conversion rate from leads to closed deals.
  • Customer satisfaction and repeat business metrics.
  • Contribution to market share growth in target segments.
