Key Responsibilities:


  • Program Design & Delivery:

    Design and implement an exceptional onboarding and induction program that sets new employees up for success. Develop managerial development programs aimed at enhancing leadership and people management skills. Roll out a L&D calendar for behavioral capabilities that align with the organizational talent goals Design and facilitate culture and values-based training that reinforces River Mobility’s unique identity and mission
  • Content Development:

    Build engaging, interactive, and scalable learning content – digital and in-person – tailored to diverse employee needs Leverage modern learning tools and methodologies (e.g., microlearning, blended learning, social) to improve learner engagement and retention
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Partner with HRBPs, department heads and business leaders to understand capability gaps and translate them into structured learning interventions. Facilitate feedback loops with business stakeholders to continuously improve training relevance and effectiveness
  • Learning Strategy & Impact Measurement:

    Contribute to the overall L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and talent priorities Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness, business impact, and ROI. Maintain a pulse on learning trends and integrate best practices to keep programs innovative and future-ready

  • Ideal Candidate:


  • 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on program design, delivery, and content creation
  • Proven track record in rolling out onboarding and leadership development programs in fast-paced environments
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Instructional design expertise and familiarity with adult learning principles
  • Proficiency with digital learning tools (e.g., LMS, LXP platforms, authoring tools like Articulate, Rise, Canva, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
  • Certifications in L&D or Instructional Design (e.g., ATD, CIPD) preferred
