Job Title: DM DNB Interventional Cardiologist Consultant Location: On-Site - India Role Responsibilities Perform interventional cardiac procedures including angioplasty and stent placement. Evaluate patients with cardiovascular conditions and establish treatment plans. Conduct diagnostic tests and analyze reports to guide treatment decisions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiologists and cardiac surgeons. Provide emergency care and management for acute cardiac events. Educate patients and families on cardiac health and intervention options. Monitor post-procedural recovery and ensure patient safety during hospital stay. Participate in the development of clinical protocols and treatment standards. Remain updated on advances in interventional cardiology and participate in continuous education. Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient interactions and treatments. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the cardiology department. Engage in research activities and clinical trials to advance cardiology care. Mentor and supervise junior medical staff and residents in cardiology. Attend and participate in departmental meetings and case discussions. Build relationships with patients to foster trust and improve care outcomes. Qualifications DM/DNB in Cardiology from a recognized institution. Valid medical license to practice in India. Minimum 5 years of experience in interventional cardiology. Proven clinical skills in managing complex cardiac interventions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Experience in using cardiac imaging and diagnostic tools. Knowledge of current guidelines and best practices in cardiology. Commitment to patient care and ethical practice. Experience in teaching or mentoring medical professionals preferred. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems. Research experience is an asset. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions. Continuous learning mindset for professional development.
