JOB PURPOSE

The role holder will build intuitive and engaging user experiences. In this role, he/ she will think critically, argue constructively, analyze user behavior, and iterate continuously to design solutions that are both functional and elegant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership

• Think, analyze, strategize, and iterate to drive high-quality design outcomes.
• Facilitate the product vision by leading research and user-testing efforts.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions for both core features and new functionalities.
• Advocate for a user-centered design approach within cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a strong focus on usability, minimalism, and simplicity, setting the standard for product design
• Contribute to building efficient and cost-effective designs that reduce rework and enhance development speed.
• Support the product vision by creating intuitive designs that drive user engagement and long-term business value.

Functional

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final products that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for newly developed applications.
• Identify design problems early and devise elegant, practical solutions.
• Rapidly test and iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing outcomes.
• Maintain proficiency in key design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) and stay updated with UX/UI best practices.

People Focus

• Collaborate with other designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create cohesive and scalable design solutions.
• Encourage open discussion, constructive feedback, and team-wide problem-solving around UX/UI challenges.
• Approach design critiques with a growth mindset and foster a supportive team culture.
• Optimize user journeys and experiences to increase client satisfaction and retention, positively impacting revenue growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree

Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) and defining the entire user journey and mapping the empathy
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate and defend design decisions.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
