Responsibilities: Ø Lead and motivate a team of life insurance sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets Ø Handling all Team Leaders. Ø Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and increase revenue. Ø Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the life insurance sector. Ø Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance. Ø Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on growth opportunities. Ø Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives and drive business growth. Ø Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Ø Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to senior management. Ø Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional development. Ø Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends in life insurance sales.
