District Manager-Franchise Operations

As a candidate for the position, your primary responsibilities will include: - Planning: - Prepare seasonal estimates for all stores and submit proposals for remodeling existing stores. - Identify new locations and negotiate for expansion to increase business and market share. - Propose temporary outlets to drive extra business and clear stock. - Merchandising/Store Management: - Ensure all stores are stocked with NOOS articles. - Facilitate inter-transfer of excess stocks regularly. - Monitor and clear store-wise aged merchandise, ensuring no stock older than 12 months. - Decide on clearing stock that is not in complete assortment. - Study and report competitors" actions in the district. - Settle customer claims logically and as per company policy. - Ensure physical inventory matches POS report. - Promotion And Display: - Ensure Company Policy and directions on displays are followed for continuous aggressive display and advertising. - Display New Arrivals and chosen for you Articles prominently in every store. - Implement seasonal guidelines in respective stores. - Personnel: - Maintain approved number of personnel in all stores. - Ensure store personnel are presentable, well-trained, well-groomed, and provide excellent customer service. - Business Plan Achievement: - Prepare, implement, and achieve operational business plan and estimates for efficient operation in your region. - Budgeting, Control, and Spending. - Business Performance Monitoring. - Merchandise Management. - Market Intelligence and Strategy implementation. - People Management.
