District Manager-Franchise Operations

As a candidate for the position, your primary responsibilities will include: - Planning: - Preparing seasonal estimates for all stores in advance and proposing remodeling of existing stores. - Identifying new locations and negotiating for expansion to increase business and market share. - Submitting proposals for temporary outlets to achieve extra business and clear stock. - Merchandising/Store Management: - Ensuring all stores are stocked with NOOS articles. - Initiating actions to transfer excess stocks between stores regularly. - Monitoring and clearing store-wise aged merchandise to ensure no stock older than 12 months is in shops. - Deciding on clearing stock not in complete assortment. - Studying and reporting competitors" actions in the district. - Settling customer claims logically and properly as per company policy. - Ensuring physical inventory matches with POS report. - Promotion And Display: - Ensuring Company Policy & directions on displays are followed to maintain the highest standard of continuous aggressive display & advertising in each store. - Displaying New Arrivals and chosen for you Articles in the prime area in every store. - Implementing seasonal guidelines in the respective stores. - Personnel: - Ensuring all stores have the approved number of personnel. - Ensuring store personnel are presentable, properly trained, well groomed, and provide the best service to customers.
