Role & responsibilities 1. Recruit, train, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs); maintain a daily active headcount (DAHC) of 10-15 agents at all times. 2. Drive market penetration by expanding product distribution and increasing merchant adoption in the assigned area. 3. Ensure visibility of the product through consistent deployment and sale of soundbox devices and QR deployment 4. Plan and allocate market geography effectively to optimize team productivity and coverage. 5. Ensure clear and consistent communication of sales plans and targets to minimize expectation vs. delivery gaps. 6. Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to improve team skills and productivity. 7. Monitor and enforce quality parameters and sales process compliance as defined by management. 8. Perform periodic audits and validations on merchant acquisitions and device activations by the team. 9. Ensure daily field presence and active engagement from the team in areas with high sales potential and usage. 10. Build and maintain strong local networks and relationships; be open to extensive local travel. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree (mandatory) Prior experience in leading and managing field sales teams Demonstrated high levels of drive, initiative, and self-motivation Strong coaching, planning, and organizational skills Growth mindset with the ability to adapt and learn quickly Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Interested candidate kindly share your updated resume amrita.singh@manpower.co.in
