Dispatcher

Responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily truck dispatch operations to ensure on-time, cost-efficient deliveries. Acts as the communication link between drivers, customers, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and track loads, monitor routes, and update delivery status.
• Communicate with drivers and resolve issues like delays or breakdowns.
• Maintain dispatch logs, trip data, and compliance records.
• Prepare basic performance and utilization reports in Excel.

Skills & Tools:

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of LoadStop, Samsara, and Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of trucking operations and DOT compliance

Experience:

• 1–3 years in logistics or trucking dispatch preferred
• Experience in Trucking - Dry Van, Reefer, Step Deck
