Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, and promoting our products/services to meet and exceed sales targets. You should have a passion for sales and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Actively prospect, qualify, and close sales with new and existing customers.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Market Research: Identify and research potential new markets and business opportunities to expand customer base.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products/services and their value propositions to effectively present and sell to prospects.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sale customer service, ensuring a smooth handover to the customer service or fulfillment teams.
• Reporting: Regularly update CRM with sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Trucking - Dry Van, Reefer, Step Deck
• Previous experience in managing accounts or territories.
