We are looking for a dynamic and driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, and promoting our products/services to meet and exceed sales targets. You should have a passion for sales and a customer-centric mindset. Key Responsibilities : Sales Generation : Actively prospect, qualify, and close sales with new and existing customers. Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Market Research : Identify and research potential new markets and business opportunities to expand customer base. Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients. Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management. Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products/services and their value propositions to effectively present and sell to prospects. Customer Support : Provide excellent post-sale customer service, ensuring a smooth handover to the customer service or fulfillment teams. Reporting : Regularly update CRM with sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status. Requirements : Proven experience in sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused attitude. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting. Acts as the communication link between drivers, customers, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: Assign and track loads, monitor routes, and update delivery status. Communicate with drivers and resolve issues like delays or breakdowns. Maintain dispatch logs, trip data, and compliance records. Prepare basic performance and utilization reports in Excel.
