Our goal is to build trust-based, transparent partnerships and help clients achieve long-term success. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role located in Patiala. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling freight movement, optimizing routes, negotiating load rates, and communicating effectively with drivers and carriers. Daily tasks include monitoring shipment progress, resolving issues, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires timely decision-making and a commitment to providing exceptional support to keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications Proficiency in route planning, load booking, and negotiation Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of logistics, freight dispatch systems, and back-office processes Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments Experience in truck dispatch or logistics is a plus Proficiency in basic computer and software skills Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
