Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Jalandhar I. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating daily freight operations, including scheduling and dispatching trucks for deliveries and pickups. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, communicating with drivers and customers, and resolving any transportation issues that may arise. The dispatcher will also maintain and update records of vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with drivers and customers
• Ability to monitor shipments and ensure timely deliveries
• Experience in handling and resolving transportation issues
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations
• Proficiency with dispatch software and advanced technology for tracking shipments
• Experience in the logistics and transportation industry is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or related fields are preferred
