Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Chandigarh, India. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating vehicle transport, managing schedules, ensuring timely deliveries, and communicating with drivers and customers. Other daily tasks include tracking shipments, handling logistics paperwork, and addressing any issues that arise during transport to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics management, scheduling, and coordinating transport logistics
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of vehicle transport procedures and regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
