Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Supervisor at T3AM, located in Pune. The Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch team, ensuring timely and accurate dispatching of materials, maintaining compliance with DOT regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes managing schedules, coordinating with other departments, addressing customer inquiries, and monitoring dispatch activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a dispatch team effectively
Dispatching: Knowledge and experience in dispatch operations and logistics
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
DOT Regulations: Familiarity with Department of Transportation regulations and compliance
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to address and resolve customer inquiries
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
Relevant certifications or qualifications in logistics or dispatch supervision are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
