• Job Summary:
• We are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of drivers, vehicles, or field service personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods or services. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and dispatch drivers or service personnel according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
• Monitor and track the progress of dispatched units to ensure on-time performance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for field staff and respond to inquiries or issues during shifts.
• Communicate with customers to confirm schedules, provide updates, and resolve service-related concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
