We are currently seeking a Talent Manager to join our dynamic Talent Management team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple Business and HR Leaders to support the Talent agenda for Financial Services BU (FS SBU)As a Talent Manager, you will work closely with the FS SBU Head of Talent Management to contribute to the Talent strategy in line with the business priorities. Your responsibilities will include a range of talent activities - driving the Strategic Talent reviews, organizing the executive promotion processes, facilitating the talent & leadership development programs, designing and implementing strategic talent projects aligned to the entity specific business needs etc.If you have a passion for talent, a desire to learn about business, and a track record of influencing, leading change and establishing credibility with senior business leaders, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities:
Leadership Talent:
  • Facilitate the Strategic Talent Review (STR) process alongside business and HR leaders and ensure follow-up and monitoring of actions
  • Facilitate the annual performance process for Sr. Executives in collaboration with the Head of Talent Management & CHRO of the entity.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Management to drive and implement executive promotion processes.
  • Support the mobility initiatives across leadership talent pool.
Talent Development:
  • Implement Group and Entity Talent Management Strategy.
  • Provide leadership development opportunities, including coaching, mentoring, leadership skill boosters etc.
  • Deliver a framework for engaging and developing top talent (TT) employees, assessing future potential, identifying high-potential individuals, and reviewing progress and impact.
  • Oversee Talent analytics, management, and dashboard systems.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Talent Programs:
    • Support the University team with identification of Top Talents for focused Development Programmes.
Performance Management:
  • Foster the adoption of Performance Management standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate the PMS calendar on key deliverables working closely with the PMS team and HRBPs in regions.
Ideal Candidate

Experience:

  • Deep Expertise in Talent Management area including Talent Development Experience.
  • Experience in IT industry is preferred.
  • Understands industry trends and the importance of Talent in the current landscape.
  • Passion to drive Talent interventions and desire to pro-actively contribute to workforce transformation.
  • Experience in leading change and implementing transformation programmes.
  • Project and stakeholder management at leadership level.
  • Can create impactful communications and influence.
  • An ability to analyze data and trends.
  • A desire to innovate and improve all that we do.
