Senior Director, Solutions will lead the development and execution of transformative sales strategies that drive substantial growth. The Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the development of comprehensive vertical and horizontal go-to-market strategies and materials that powerfully articulate our value proposition and competitive differentiation.
- Collaborate directly with Vertical and Horizontal Business Unit leaders to ensure strategic alignment of sales initiatives with overarching business objectives and revenue targets.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to shape sales approaches and drive market penetration.
- Direct the design of innovative and customized solutions for strategic pursuits, leveraging sophisticated market intelligence derived from in-depth research (including mystery shopping, macro/micro analysis, annual reports, and emerging industry trends).
- Conceptualize and oversee the creation of compelling, executive-level storyboards and presentations (leveraging PowerPoint or MSWord) that effectively communicate our strategic vision and proposed solutions.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable frameworks, pricing models, advanced tools, and strategic resources to empower the sales organization and enhance their effectiveness.
- Drive initiatives to optimize sales processes, improve knowledge sharing, and accelerate deal closure.
- Shape the development of strategic Points of View (PoVs) for proactive proposals and high-level client engagements, including the design and facilitation of strategic workshops (e.g., design thinking).
- Oversee the creation of impactful presentations and materials for executive-level client meetings, demonstrating deep understanding and strategic alignment.
- Lead design thinking sessions with key clients to uncover critical business needs and co-create innovative solutions.
The Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Solutions managing Global markets
- Strong expertise in solution design, business transformation, and consulting across industries such as BPO, with a focus on services like Customer Experience (CX), AI, and digital services.
- Strong client engagement skills and proven expertise in delivering impactful presentations. Proficient in Power BI and Excel, with a solid grasp of the sales and solution lifecycle to drive strategic outcomes.
- Must be highly detail-oriented, productive, accountable, and work under tight deadlines when needed.
- Good analytical and research skills for creating Industry, competitor, and client insights.
