Role: Director / Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary digital marketing leader to own and accelerate our global inbound
marketing function, with a primary focus on the North America and APAC regions. You will be
responsible for developing and executing a sophisticated, multi-channel inbound strategy to
drive high-quality leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and achieve revenue goals. You will
lead a talented team and oversee the entire inbound funnel, from awareness and acquisition
to conversion and handoff. This is a key leadership role for a data-driven strategist who can
orchestrate digital events, leverage a modern MarTech stack, and collaborate effectively with
sales and marketing counterparts.
Key Responsibilities :
● Inbound Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the comprehensive inbound
marketing
strategy to meet and exceed lead generation and pipeline targets for North America and APAC.
● Channel Performance: Oversee the performance of all inbound digital channels. You will
collaborate with the SEO/SEM specialist on search strategy while owning the broader channel
mix, performance marketing (paid social, display), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
● Digital Events: Own the strategy and planning for our digital event program, including webinars
and podcasts, to build our brand, engage prospects, and generate qualified leads.
● Technology & Analytics: Lead the strategic use of our core marketing technology stack,
including our marketing automation platform (HubSpot), to refine targeting, personalize
campaigns, and deliver insightful performance reporting.
● Team Collaboration: Foster a strong, collaborative environment. You will be a key partner to
leaders across the demand generation, BDR, sales, and product teams to ensure a seamless
MQL-to-Opportunity handoff process and cohesive go-to-market execution.
● Funnel Optimization: Continuously analyze the inbound marketing funnel to identify areas for
improvement, implementing A/B tests and other experiments to optimize performance and ROI.
Your Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● 8+ years in B2B digital marketing, with a proven track record of scaling inbound marketing
programs for a global SaaS or cybersecurity company.
● Deep expertise in developing multi-channel inbound strategies with a focus on North American
and APAC markets.
● Strategic and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is highly
preferred).
● Demonstrated success in planning and managing digital events like webinars and podcasts.
● Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with extensive experience collaborating with
sales, BDR, demand generation, and product teams.
● Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into
actionable strategy.
