Job Description As a Director of Enterprise Sales at Procol, you will play a crucial role in transitioning the company from a start-up to a scale-up. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, lead, and scale a team of individuals focused on driving revenue and acquiring new customers for Procol's innovative procurement platform. Your duties will include formulating key sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve financial targets. You will be responsible for hitting monthly sales goals, nurturing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and building a high-performing sales team.
