Director Sales & Marketing

Role Overview: You will be joining a leading FMCG manufacturer with a strong presence in India and growing internationally. As the General Manager Sales & Marketing, you will be based in Dubai and focus on driving sales and marketing of cocoa products across various global markets. Your role will involve leading strategic sales initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the company's footprint, particularly in Europe. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and marketing of cocoa products including Cocoa Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Powder, and Cocoa Beans in the UAE, GCC region, Europe, Asia, and other global markets. - Lead strategic sales initiatives to achieve sustainable growth in a competitive global environment. - Strengthen international client relationships and expand the company's presence in priority markets, with a focus on Europe. - Utilize strong networking, negotiation, and leadership skills to achieve sales targets and market expansion. - Manage and build high-performance sales teams, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Travel extensively across the UAE, GCC, and other international markets as required. Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of proven experience in the cocoa industry, with a strong track record in sales and marketing of cocoa products. - Deep knowledge of the UAE and GCC markets, with exposure to European markets preferred. - Proficiency in European languages such as French, German, Italian, or Swiss-German is highly preferred. - Strong leadership skills in team management, general management, and building high-performance sales teams. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with proven strategic thinking. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage. - Industry background in the cocoa industry or global chocolate manufacturing industry is preferred. - Willingness to travel extensively and flexibility in location, including potential relocation to other global offices.,
