Director Sales & Marketing

As a General Manager Sales & Marketing for a leading FMCG manufacturer, your role will involve driving sales and marketing of cocoa products across various regions including the UAE, GCC, Europe, Asia, and other global markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading strategic sales initiatives to expand the company's footprint in priority markets, with a particular focus on Europe. - Strengthening international client relationships to ensure sustainable growth in a competitive global environment. - Utilizing strong networking, negotiation, and leadership skills to achieve business objectives. To excel in this role, you should have: - 10-15 years of proven experience in the cocoa industry, with a strong track record in sales and marketing of cocoa products. - Deep knowledge of the UAE and GCC markets, with exposure to European markets preferred. - Proficiency in European languages such as French, German, Italian, or Swiss-German to enhance engagement with European clients. - Strong skills in team management, general management, and building high-performance sales teams. - Ability to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven strategic mindset. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage. - Background in the cocoa industry or substantial experience in the global chocolate manufacturing industry. - Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE, GCC, and international markets, with potential relocation to other global locations as needed.
