Director, Product Management - Scam Protection Portfolio
What you will do in this role:

Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management
: Lead the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of the scam protection product portfolio. Accountable for P&L performance and market success across all dimensions including pricing strategy, go-to-market execution, distribution channels, and service excellence. Drive portfolio optimization decisions that balance innovation, market opportunity, and resource allocation.

Vision & Stakeholder Alignment
: Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define long-term product vision and multi-year roadmaps aligned with company objectives. Synthesize market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to establish strategic priorities. Lead organizational alignment on product strategy and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives and investment decisions.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy:
Own the competitive intelligence function for the scam protection domain. Direct market research initiatives, competitive analysis, and customer feedback programs that inform strategic positioning and product differentiation. Translate market insights into actionable strategies that drive sustainable competitive advantage and market share growth.

Product Portfolio Vision
: Define and champion the overarching vision for the scam protection product portfolio, ensuring alignment with evolving threat landscapes, regulatory requirements, and long-term market opportunities. Drive thought leadership both internally and externally on scam protection innovation.

Commercial Excellence & Performance
: Establish and drive P&L targets for the scam protection portfolio. Lead initiatives spanning cost optimization, revenue growth, pricing strategy, and operational efficiency. Define success metrics and accountability frameworks. Present portfolio performance, market opportunity assessments, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders.

What are we looking for?
We re looking for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of execution and strategy someone who can translate vision into tangible results and enjoys seeing features turn into meaningful protection for real users.
- 20+ years in product management, leading product areas or modules end-to-end.
- Proven experience in
consumer software
, especially mobile (iOS and Android)
and cloud technologies

- Familiarity with
AI and ML technologies
and their practical applications in consumer products.
- Background in
cybersecurity
or strong understanding of digital threat landscapes.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decisions.
