We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Quality Engineer to join our QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) department within the Residential and C&I (Commercial & Industrial) business vertical. This role is based across various locations in India and is primarily focused on ensuring the quality and safety of solar project installations.
As an Associate Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and verifying that all installation activities at project sites comply with quality standards and safety protocols. You will play a key role in inspecting ongoing work, identifying non-compliance issues, and collaborating with the I&C (Installation & Commissioning), O&M (Operations & Maintenance), and Execution teams to implement corrective actions. You will also be required to prepare quality observation reports, maintain QHSE documentation, and contribute to overall process improvements.
