Job Description

Min 12 to 16 Yrs experience, 3 + Yrs in dedicated Presales/Solutioning, 3 to 4 Implementation Projects and 1 to 2 support Projects, can drive solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Presales Leadership
:
- Lead the presales process for Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, including requirement gathering, solution design, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and articulate the value proposition of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
Solution Architecture
:
- Design and develop end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM solutions that meet client requirements and align with industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance during the solution development phase.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective.
Client Engagement
:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed solution architectures.
Collaboration and Team Management
:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior presales and solution architects.
- Drive continuous improvement in presales processes and methodologies.
Market and Product Knowledge
:
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Cloud SCM technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, including whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts.

Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
