We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:

Manage purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Maintain vendor database and ensure timely renewal of contracts.
Track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.

Invoice Processing:

Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices in the accounting system.
Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipt notes.
Ensure accuracy of invoice details, tax calculations, and payment terms.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Support month-end closing activities by ensuring timely posting of invoices.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to procurement policies and internal controls.
Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Prepare regular MIS reports on procurement and invoice processing status.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of procurement processes and accounts payable.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally preferred).
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
14 years of relevant experience in procurement and/or invoice processing.
Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or service industry preferred.
