Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Processing:

Handle day-to-day financial transactions including payments, receipts, and journal entries.
Maintain records of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in data entry.
Support reconciliation of accounts and vendor ledgers.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve transaction-related queries.

Invoice Processing:

Receive and review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipt notes (3-way matching).
Process invoices in the ERP/accounting system within defined timelines.
Ensure compliance with taxation (GST/TDS) and company payment policies.
Follow up with vendors for pending invoices or clarifications.

Reporting & Compliance:

Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.
Generate and share regular reports on invoice and payment status.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Good understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
Knowledge of invoice processing and accounts payable cycle preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting tools (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.) desirable.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience may apply.
