Key Responsibilities

• Strategically lead and oversee 

  end-to-end operations

• Embed 

  Lean Manufacturing practices

   to drive process efficiencies, waste reduction, and continuous improvement across production lines.

• Regulatory Compliance in Quality

  - Ensure all products meet 

  stringent quality and regulatory requirements

• Champion

   initiatives and build long-term, value-driven partnerships with key suppliers, focusing on risk mitigation, cost control, and quality compliance.
• Provide

• Lead

   in compliance with global standards (e.g., AS9100), and interface effectively with regulatory bodies including

• Promote a culture of

• Lead and guide the 

  Customer Service & Success teams

Additional Requirements

• Experience with

  in managing operations and inventory.
• Strong exposure to

• Experience working with 

  electro-mechanical assembly lines

   and understanding of PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection) processes.
• Proven track record in leading

• Prior experience with 

  industrial ramp-up, facility setup
