• Utilize

  12+ years of overall experience

  in SaaS sales, including

  6-8 years of leading high-performing sales teams

  , to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of business targets.
  
• Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts with less than 20% deviation from actual performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align strategies and improve customer outcomes.
  
• Identify market opportunities, create effective sales playbooks, and design go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  
• Apply consultative selling techniques to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
  
• Empower the sales team to independently generate qualified leads and meet individual and team quotas.
  
• Leverage data-driven insights and analytics dashboards to evaluate performance, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion rates.
  
• Foster a customer-centric culture focused on long-term relationships and retention.
